Certified yoga instructor of the National Sports Academy, Bulgarian IM Yoga Federation and member of the Bulgarian IM Yoga Association. She travelled and enriched his knowledge in ashrams in India and Greece. Welcome to SANUR – a wonderful place for beach, relaxation and luxury on the island of Bali. We have wonderful days ahead of us in the tropical paradise of this Indonesian island! We will suggest you start the day with a sun salutation and recharge, an opportunity for joint gymnastics, duonics or yoga. A rich exotic breakfast follows. After breakfast, group meeting where we will get acquainted with each other and our adventure program. Bali is much further east than Bulgaria. Here the day starts 5 hours earlier than at home! We will take advantage of the beaches of Sanur and on the first days we will relax on the beach in the first hours of the day. This is how our adjustment to the “new” time will happen imperceptibly. After lunch, we will go for a walk in Sanur. We will show you nice relaxation studios, massages, restaurants with delicious exotic food. We will visit interesting shopping places together. In the evening we can dine at Jimbaran on the oceanfront with seafood and live music. Jimbaran is another place in Bali with amazing sunsets.
We’ll start the day on the ocean, with some exercise, yoga, and energy. You will enjoy a few hours for beach and relaxation. In the afternoon we will invite you for a walk around the island. We will experience the ancient architecture, traditions, sculpture and traditional dances of Bali. We will visit the Uluwatu Temple. Uluwatu, one of Bali’s six main sea temples. It is also known for its magnificent location, situated on top of a steep cliff about 70 meters above sea level. Located on the west coast, Uluwatu Temple is definitely one of the best places on the island to enjoy the sunset, with a direct view of the Indian Ocean. We will immerse ourselves in the ancient culture of the local people. The traditional Kecak dance is one of Balinese artistic masterpieces in the form of dance and music performance. Uluwatu at sunset is the best place to enjoy this art.
After breakfast we will check out of our hotel in Nusa Dua and head to Ubud. Ubud is the heart of Bali, the cultural capital of the island, a favourite place of all tourists, where cultural events related to art, music, dance and literature live their own life. Here is the Mecca of arts and spirituality. You can meet famous artists as well as interesting spiritual teachers, full of wisdom and healing people’s souls. We’re going to take a look at Ubud and all that’s going on in it.

We will start with a visit to the colorful market full of vegetables, exotic fruits, flowers and fragrant aromas. Colourful fabrics and sarongs, for which Bali is famous, are also sold here. From the market you will be able to choose your sarong – the local traditional clothing. Sarong is required upon entry to all temples in Bali. It resembles a pareo and can be used later in everyday life as a skirt, dress, scarf, towel and many other uses. After visiting the market, we will explore the best places for massage and dining, as well as yoga and dance centers. We will have lunch at one of the most famous healthy organic vegetarian restaurants. In Ubud is the Monkey Garden Monkey Forest – which besides lush monkeys also has lush vegetation. We will show it to you and if there is free time, everyone can visit it and spend pleasant hours in this park.
The timing of our visit to Bali gives us the opportunity to participate in the Bali Spirit Fest- one of the most wonderful and large-scale yoga events. A celebration of spirituality, health, beauty. It is a festival in a wonderful place in nature , where in different spaces there are every hour a variety of activities – yoga practices , dances , massages , lectures and all the latest in the field of healthy living , sports, yoga, spirituality with speakers and teachers from around the world. The best in the field. Healthy food is available and in the evening there is live music on several stages. After lunch we will join in the opening celebrations of the amazing Bali Spitit Fest.

For those of you who will not be participating in the festival, we will organize an additional program. Opportunity to visit interesting sights in Bali – jungle tour to sacred places inaccessible to tourists. You will be offered to visit the famous Bird park. The park is situated on an area of 2 hectares in a green park with dense tropical vegetation. More than 5 000 birds of over 250 animal species from all over the world live here. It recreates the natural habitat of the birds that arrived here from the Indonesian archipelago, Australia, Latin America and Africa. The main goal of the park is the conservation and breeding of endangered species. We will soak in the authentic atmosphere of Ubud, its colorful streets filled with romantic shops, its famous cafes , massage studios and more, and more… You can visit the famous Monkey Forest, the palace of the royal family of Ubud- Ubud Palace. For those wishing to visit any of the attractions around Ubud, arrangements can be made.
- After breakfast we will head to sacred places for Balinese
- We will take you to an ancient local water Temple of Holy Water, unknown to tourists. The sacred spring water is believed by the Balinese to have magical power – the miracle of healing – bodily and mentally! It is a place of purification from the bad influences in life. The water that flows from the spouts comes directly from the springs of this temple and is believed to eliminate all kinds of ailments, including energetic adversities in human life. We will do it like the locals, with the necessary ritual
- We will visit an interesting energetic place with a centuries-old tree that will impress you!
- Bali is a cocoa producer. We will look at a chocolate factory. We will taste the types of chocolates that are produced locally.
- For those who wish, we will offer a visit to a well-known local healer who uses various methods of diagnosis and treatment in his practice – herbs, energy massage. It also does a cleansing where toxins are extracted from the body.

Here we will be able to dine amid unforgettable views of paradisiacal greenery and architecture. After lunch, we will hike in the jungle to sacred sites inaccessible to tourists. Perhaps, once you have come to Bali, you would like to experience the teachings of a famous Balinese spiritual teacher? In the evening, at your request, we can meet one of Bali’s most famous and revered teachers. He uses various energy techniques to assist the physical, mental and spiritual body. His methodology releases energy blocked by negative physical, mental and emotional patterns, transforms it, and channels it. The teacher can explain to us the Balinese overall understanding of energy and we can do a purification ritual.

PANORAMA DAY TRIP
We will start with a short tour around the Ubud area – the center of the arts . We will visit one of the best galleries to feel the pulse and grace of Bali. Optionally we will also visit a wood carving centre. The journey continues to a coffee plantation where we will be able to sample all the different coffees and teas in Bali, as well as see many of the herbs and plants in their natural habitat – vanilla, cacao, exotic fruits and teas. Bali is the producer of the world’s famous and most expensive Luwak coffee. Here we can try it. Then we head to the foot of the Batur volcano. We will enjoy the majesty of the volcano and Lake Batur while we have lunch. The volcano is located in Mount Batur 1717m, last erupted in 1968. At the end of our itinerary we will visit the oldest, most important, most sacred Hindu temple in Bali – the temple of the mother goddess. Pura Besakih, called the “Mother Temple” is a complex of 23 temples, all temples obey an axis that ends with the main temple on top. It is built nearly 1000m high on the slope of Mount Agung, below the Agung volcano. Besaki is the ultimate symbol of Bali’s religious unity. We will enter the Temple like the Balinese, with the necessary ritual and offerings to the gods. To worship at Basaki, for the Balinese is as for us the pilgrimage to God’s grave! And the desires visit there, blossom.

- Another exhilarating experience – climb up to Batur volcano to experience the magic of sunrise. The departure is at night at 02:00, so that at sunrise you can be at the top and admire a spectacular view of the island and a huge lake that stretches at the foot of the volcano.
